This week, TMG held its annual Holiday Party where we always take the opportunity to celebrate a year of success, recognizing several teams and individuals who particularly stood out during the year. The event serves also as a chance to say thank you to the significant others of our team-our families and support systems who tolerate the travel, late nights, and odd hours our jobs bring; their support is the cornerstone to overall success of the TMG family.
As we expand and add new members to our team, we’ve had to come up with new and creative ways to make space for not only one another to sit and work but also space for people to actually meet.
The interview process begins long before you start your professional career search. From interviews for college to internships to your actual first job-you sometimes interview before you even realize it. Networking is an interview.
