Justin Martin, CPA, Director of Accounting, joined Talley in 2023 after spending 7 years in nonprofit financial management as well as an additional 9 years in public accounting gaining experience in the areas of accounting, auditing and taxation and managing the auditing division of a public accounting firm. He graduated from Goldey-Beacom College with a Bachelor of Science degree (magna cum laude) in Accounting after completing a term of service in the U.S. Army. Justin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Justin enjoys automotive mechanics, camping and improvement projects on his home in Jackson, NJ where he lives with his wife Shannon, son Max and daughter Lilly.
