Kate Searfoorce, Education Manager, joined the Talley team in the summer of 2022. She works exclusively with The Renal Healthcare Association as the Education Manager and Department Head. Kate has five years of teaching experience and four years of association management experience. Kate’s association experience has primarily been in healthcare, focusing on certification and professional development. Her expertise lies in education innovation, strategic planning, DEI, and leadership. Kate looks forward to helping her client grow their product leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centricity.

Kate obtained her Master of Education from Cairn University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Kate lives with her husband, daughters, cats, and chickens in Southern New Jersey. When she is not working, she can be found in the dojang practicing Soo Bak Do, in the garden, working on an art project, or going on adventures with her family.
