Melissa Patterson, Associate Director of Client Operations, leads and manages administrative, operational, compliance, and technology functions that support both the organization and its client portfolio.

Prior to joining Talley in 2026, Melissa has spent almost 20 years supporting associations. She began her career at another association management company followed by a self-managed society. She led her organizations in efficient operations, strategic technology, and project management. She also has extensive experience with membership, certification, and committee/board management.

Melissa lives in South Jersey with her husband, Rob, a loud cat, and a big yard that she loves to mow.
