Stephanie Bruno, CAE has more than a decade of experience in non-profit management with a proven track record in change management, successfully executing initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement to foster foresight and enhance organizational agility.

Before joining Talley, Steph worked at two AMCs, overseeing governance, strategy, and membership functions for two large national associations. She is an active member of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) certification in 2020, and currently serves on the ASAE Young Professional Advisory Committee. She was awarded Forty Under 40 by Association Forum in 2023.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware, where she was also a NCAA Division 1 Swimmer, competing at the National level. Stephanie resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband and two children. An avid athlete, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and dogs.
