Stephanie Schultz, CMP, Senior Meeting Manager, is an accomplished meetings and events professional with deep expertise leading conferences, fundraisers, and corporate programs across the healthcare, association, nonprofit, and hospitality sectors.

Stephanie previously held senior roles with iPlanIt Meetings, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, as well as running her own event planning business. Recognized for her strategic planning, detailed logistics, and ability to deliver seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, she is known for creativity, professionalism, and resourcefulness in wide range of environments.

A Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) since 2003, Stephanie also holds a certificate in Sustainability from the Events Industry Council. She has a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Currently living in Nashville, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her three sons and close friends. She enjoys traveling, cooking and culinary adventures, collecting art and advocacy for her local LGBTQ+ community.
