Tonya Hutchison currently serves as Chief Operations Officer for the Association for Vascular Access (AVA). Tonya Hutchison began her career with AVA in 1998 and has worked her way up through the ranks to her current position as chief operating officer. She has greater than 20 years of experience in association management and is proud to say she is board certified as an association executive (CAE) from the American Society of Association Executives.

A veteran of working with non-profit boards, Tonya is passionate about the mission and vision of the association. She has a positive, team approach when leading staff, external stakeholders, and volunteers to integrate and implement the organizational strategic plan across finance, operations, communication, fundraising, advocacy, and education.
